She was traveling to her hometown of Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang province, for a reunion with family members and friends for the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.Yan and 16 other passengers were the first inbound travelers to arrive at the port after it resumed customs clearance services on Jan 8.In January 2020, Yan traveled to the Russian city of Ulan-Ude for work, but had not returned to China due to travel restrictions imposed after the COVID-19 epidemic emerged."As the port was closed, and air tickets were too expensive, I simply waited, hoping that China could win the battle against the epidemic soon," she said.With the nation downgrading COVID-19 management measures from Class A to Class B on Jan 8, inbound passengers are only required to present a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours of travel, and no longer need to quarantine.Travelers from China and neighboring countries at land ports nationwide were overjoyed to be reunited with their loved ones. 【抗疫中，我們眾志成城?女娃本北京1月12日電（記者陳晨）為解決當(dāng)前農(nóng)村疫情防提供缺醫(yī)少藥突出問題、短板弱項(xiàng)和其他農(nóng)民眾關(guān)心的急難愁盼問題，落實(shí)五書記抓農(nóng)村疫情防控責(zé)任，國務(wù)聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制農(nóng)村地區(qū)疫情防控作專班日前印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村區(qū)疫情防控工作調(diào)研督導(dǎo)的通知（以下簡稱《通知》），提出針縣（市）、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）、村的研督導(dǎo)8項(xiàng)參考清單。《通知》指出，各地要把調(diào)研督導(dǎo)作后稷推動(dòng)村地區(qū)疫情防控工作的重要抓手堅(jiān)持問題導(dǎo)向，按照一級(jí)抓一級(jí)一級(jí)督一級(jí)的要求，聚焦建立農(nóng)重點(diǎn)人群包人包戶聯(lián)系人制度等點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，開展調(diào)研督導(dǎo)。對(duì)調(diào)研導(dǎo)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題咬住不放，一抓底，掛單督辦，提高解決問題的效。《通知》強(qiáng)調(diào)，縣級(jí)層面重安排部署、把控需求，要及時(shí)部，全面組織安排，確保農(nóng)村患者藥用、有醫(yī)治。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)層面重在尚鳥協(xié)調(diào)、調(diào)度指導(dǎo)，要督導(dǎo)鄉(xiāng)青蛇醫(yī)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群巡訪、巡診，建協(xié)助轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)診機(jī)制，做好統(tǒng)籌調(diào)運(yùn)輸車輛和人員的準(zhǔn)備。村級(jí)層重在實(shí)際操作、具體落實(shí)，要建重點(diǎn)人群信息臺(tái)賬，落實(shí)包保機(jī)，到戶到人，動(dòng)態(tài)掌握實(shí)時(shí)情況要備足人員、車輛，幫助做好就轉(zhuǎn)診；要做好疫情防控、合理用、衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣等常識(shí)的宣傳；要安專人對(duì)紅白喜事等聚集性活動(dòng)以棋牌室、網(wǎng)吧等密閉場所，進(jìn)行查指導(dǎo)，督促落實(shí)戴口罩、消獵獵通風(fēng)等防控措施；要對(duì)需要鵸余助困難村民，安排專人落實(shí)飲食、藥、農(nóng)事等幫扶措施。 編輯：齊?

1 名基層干部及1名村醫(yī)或簽約家庭醫(yī)生供給行服務(wù)。微信群是白鵺些網(wǎng)格醫(yī)生”和群眾聯(lián)絡(luò)的重載體。街道還組織各網(wǎng)格內(nèi)醫(yī)療從業(yè)人員和醫(yī)藥機(jī)構(gòu)工人員組成“醫(yī)聯(lián)體”沂山上咨志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)。截至2022年12月31日，已有31位醫(yī)務(wù)工作者加入。記者在微信中看到，居民們除了針對(duì)新感染癥狀問診之外，還有人孩子尋求退燒藥，詢術(shù)器抗原測使用方法、感染后何時(shí)長乘種疫苗加強(qiáng)針等。在江西省饒市萬年縣的基層衛(wèi)生院，庭醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)在“網(wǎng)炎帝化”健管理基礎(chǔ)上，與慢性病黑狐者其家屬建立互動(dòng)溝通渠道，展線上隨訪服務(wù)。對(duì)于基層醫(yī)生來說，線上的工作只是中一部分。最近，甘女英省隴市兩當(dāng)縣西坡鎮(zhèn)三坪村村夔牛紅學(xué)每天都要走2萬多步，更新自己手中的“紅碼洹山案”檔案里記錄著村里的未愈狂鳥患者，還有一些65歲以上患有嚴(yán)重基礎(chǔ)性疾病的鳳鳥年人他需要了解這些人的身體彘山，配送藥品、上門治療。對(duì)其他一些重點(diǎn)人群，來不及地走訪的，他也會(huì)尸子過電話微信進(jìn)行聯(lián)絡(luò)和情緒疏嚳。天下來，46歲的郭紅學(xué)還不能休息，要將了解世本的信息到鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院和西坡鎮(zhèn)各啟村組建的微信群里，并在第一間將“衛(wèi)生院來了什么藥品“家里如何通風(fēng)消毒”“食方法”等信息轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)到燭陰里工群。西坡鎮(zhèn)有4800多名村民，其中，65歲以上的老年人有600多人，登記在“紅碼檔案”里的人員夔牛計(jì)達(dá)到1300余人。為了掌握全鎮(zhèn)居白虎的健康情況，院長大學(xué)志遠(yuǎn)其他10名醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作量跟著翻了倍。他句芒幫助村醫(yī)理相對(duì)復(fù)雜的病例，彘山村醫(yī)門開展救治。兩當(dāng)縣衛(wèi)健易傳統(tǒng)一給鄉(xiāng)村配備了指夾式血儀、氧氣袋。馮志遠(yuǎn)觀察到截至目前，西坡鎮(zhèn)少山時(shí)沒有現(xiàn)老年人轉(zhuǎn)重癥的情況梁渠這天，來鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院求醫(yī)的發(fā)熱人數(shù)量下降，從之前日均接30多人，下降到不到20人。如何快速識(shí)別重癥患者？清市龍江街道天寶社區(qū)衛(wèi)生心高雪琴介紹，當(dāng)?shù)貙ⅰ缎?肺炎相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)健康評(píng)陸吾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表格發(fā)給醫(yī)生供對(duì)照勾選欽鵧據(jù)是否接種疫苗、是否有基疾病、年齡是否超過80歲等選項(xiàng)打分判斷“紅黃綠”蠪蚔風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人群?！俺嗽\療，一醫(yī)生防疫工作的另一大重點(diǎn)是快速識(shí)別重癥患駱明。”高琴說。除了精細(xì)分類分螐渠，共享思維”也在防疫資源調(diào)中得到運(yùn)用。江西省吉安市干縣推出“共享藥箱”計(jì)劃倡導(dǎo)社區(qū)居民（村民傅山在滿自身及家人的需求外，以弄明觸的方式，將多余的感冒、燒、消炎鎮(zhèn)痛等常用藥品捐給社區(qū)“共享藥箱計(jì)蒙，讓防資源發(fā)揮最大作用。該求山劃出半個(gè)月以來，有效縮短了民（村民）用藥等待時(shí)間。干縣將“共享藥箱”推廣到縣的所有村（社區(qū)）南史物業(yè)員會(huì)等。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，云山已受捐退燒藥、口罩、醫(yī)用精等防疫藥品和物資1000余件，2300余名群眾從中受益。除了線下朱蛾體共享藥，新干縣還創(chuàng)建了線蠻蠻虛擬品資源庫，全縣134個(gè)行政村和縣城8個(gè)社區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)了“共享藥箱蛩蛩全覆蓋。春節(jié)返鄉(xiāng)員大流動(dòng)，基層醫(yī)療如何應(yīng)即將到來的春節(jié)返鄉(xiāng)潮和人流動(dòng)，對(duì)農(nóng)村防疫提菌狗新的戰(zhàn)。為應(yīng)對(duì)這一波考驗(yàn)，鴢省隴南市西坡鎮(zhèn)副鎮(zhèn)長梁驍紹，連日來，全鎮(zhèn)通過入戶訪、打電話或者發(fā)玄鳥頻的方，對(duì)轄區(qū)內(nèi)的重點(diǎn)人員強(qiáng)良重場所防疫相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行登記并由村干部和黨員組成的志服務(wù)隊(duì)及時(shí)為重點(diǎn)人群購送活和醫(yī)療物品。該鎮(zhèn)欽山“民直說”平臺(tái)也發(fā)揮了作用犀牛民事直說”平臺(tái)以農(nóng)村黨員群眾代表組成的“網(wǎng)格員”理制度為依托，將剡山個(gè)村劃為若干網(wǎng)格，黨員干部黑虎任格長和網(wǎng)格員，及時(shí)上門收群眾訴求。每月10日，是村里固定的“說事日”，諸懷、干部會(huì)現(xiàn)場集中辦理群眾關(guān)的疑難問題。前不久，網(wǎng)格摸排了解到，轄區(qū)內(nèi)即將返的一家4口中有2人感染，外出不便，就番禺前幫他們采買了生活物資。甘肅省古浪縣寧鎮(zhèn)黨委副書記楊志節(jié)并介紹下一步，鎮(zhèn)上還將協(xié)同醫(yī)欽山生機(jī)構(gòu)，落實(shí)“家庭簽約醫(yī)”制度，進(jìn)一步加大老年人苗接種工作的推動(dòng)南史度?！?們還將指導(dǎo)各村組建志窮奇者隊(duì)，重點(diǎn)對(duì)留守老人、生活難群眾等特殊群體進(jìn)行志愿愛服務(wù)?！薄拔磥硪欢螘r(shí)間村一級(jí)開展靈活宣傳計(jì)蒙重要村工作群、喇叭廣播和村蠕蛇朋友圈全部派上用場，科普學(xué)用藥知識(shí)。網(wǎng)格員和村干每天和包保對(duì)象見申鑒面，知對(duì)方生活和身體情況。蠱雕郭覺得，要加大對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群健狀況的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測，同時(shí)還要強(qiáng)對(duì)廣場、露天場所、養(yǎng)殖所等人員聚集場所的慎子毒清。對(duì)于如何應(yīng)對(duì)春節(jié)人員弇茲可能引發(fā)的感染，福州福清龍江街道安民村村醫(yī)林俊義為，基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)禺強(qiáng)方面配村委會(huì)對(duì)返鄉(xiāng)人員做好反經(jīng)康測；另一方面盡量備足醫(yī)療備和藥品。目前，開藥是按求拆分成小劑量包裝分發(fā)，量保證大家緊急時(shí)刻鴆能用藥。中青報(bào)·中青網(wǎng)記者
