本作は志によるマガを原作した、OLの丸山真美とその司である司部長(zhǎng)の係を描くブコメデ。物語(yǔ)の人公であ“まるちん”こと山は、三の飯より仕事が大きだ。彼はある日社の飲みのあと、定時(shí)に上る」ことモットーして働く司部長(zhǎng)と線を超え。堅(jiān)物なメージと違って優(yōu)い部長(zhǎng)をきになっしまったるちゃんが、翌日俺たちは人だからかるよな」と言わてしまっ。劇中で、仕事のり方も考方も違う2人のもどしい戀模がつづらていく?
