??齊魯網(wǎng)·電新聞1月10日訊?人才是村振興的第一源，是鄉(xiāng)村振的重要保障和撐。德州市平縣有這樣一位業(yè)人才，她將力全部投入到型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主建設(shè)上來(lái)，帶著村民們走上一條致富路。前，這位正在里給農(nóng)民講解業(yè)知識(shí)的人就劉金嶺，她是位多次榮獲“秀學(xué)員”榮譽(yù)號(hào)的新型農(nóng)民她成立了金嶺庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)和金玲食種植專(zhuān)業(yè)合社，積極向現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)靠攏，從打開(kāi)了致富的密碼。劉金嶺憶道：“農(nóng)場(chǎng)立之初，以種糧食為主，收比較單一。我從網(wǎng)上查找資，與專(zhuān)家交流通，引進(jìn)蔬菜植，通過(guò)一年種植，效益比好，當(dāng)?shù)乩习?都來(lái)向我學(xué)習(xí)”后來(lái)，劉金積極引進(jìn)高效農(nóng)作物，取得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效，2022年，她的10畝秋霜梨收入超過(guò)10萬(wàn)元。同時(shí)注了“百碩園”標(biāo)，兩個(gè)品種認(rèn)定為“無(wú)公農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”。她揮專(zhuān)業(yè)特長(zhǎng)，管周?chē)迩f土3000多畝，為其提供播種病蟲(chóng)害防治、地、收割等全服務(wù)，解決了村勞動(dòng)力因打造成的緊缺問(wèn)。2022年，劉金嶺承擔(dān)了州市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村“噸半糧”生能力建設(shè)50個(gè)品種的玉米品試驗(yàn)示范、綠高質(zhì)高效水肥體化、玉米高攻關(guān)等三個(gè)項(xiàng)，品種試驗(yàn)為華鎮(zhèn)“噸半糧生產(chǎn)能力建設(shè)擇了適合品種劉金嶺談到，在農(nóng)業(yè)局的大支持下，農(nóng)場(chǎng)資近20萬(wàn)元，新上了一套水一體化設(shè)備。肥一體化省時(shí)省工、省力，別是在小麥熱風(fēng)、玉米播種玉米后期追肥關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)上發(fā)了巨大的作用通過(guò)這個(gè)項(xiàng)目極大提高了玉產(chǎn)量，增加了入?！眲⒔饚X主動(dòng)帶領(lǐng)本村周?chē)罕妱?chuàng)業(yè)在她的帶動(dòng)下張華鎮(zhèn)新發(fā)展菜1000多畝、秋霜梨300多畝。付出就回報(bào)，2022年，她被評(píng)選2022年“齊魯鄉(xiāng)村之星”劉金嶺稱，“后我將進(jìn)一步整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)新品種、新術(shù)，帶動(dòng)本村周?chē)罕姽餐?富，為鄉(xiāng)村振再盡一份力。平原縣張華鎮(zhèn)技站站長(zhǎng)周永訴記者，“劉嶺勇于創(chuàng)新，立林菜間作模，建立恒溫庫(kù)拉長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條她樂(lè)于助人，自己所學(xué)的知無(wú)償傳授給周群眾。她積極揮帶動(dòng)作用，領(lǐng)周邊群眾開(kāi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)振興她是不可多得懂農(nóng)業(yè)、愛(ài)農(nóng)、愛(ài)農(nóng)民的新人才，為鄉(xiāng)村興事業(yè)作出了大的貢獻(xiàn)?！?電新聞?dòng)浾?劉振 攝影 戚冰冰 德州臺(tái) 高昌蓮 平原融媒 艾迪?報(bào)道 德州新聞 山東省德州市 編輯： 劉振 劉向陽(yáng) 侯峰峰 閱讀量：1190
