【春運(yùn)進(jìn)行時(shí)】晨，青藏高原東的湟水谷地寒風(fēng)冽。在橫跨湟水民和湟水河特大的一處橋墩上，著黃色作業(yè)服、戴安全帽、系著全帶的6名鐵路職工正在開(kāi)展高空座檢查作業(yè)。“梁支座是橋墩與體銜接咬合的重設(shè)備，每隔一段間我們就要查橋、下橋墩，檢查梁變化、評(píng)估橋狀態(tài)，及時(shí)做出診斷’，為鐵路梁健康保駕護(hù)航”中國(guó)鐵路青藏團(tuán)有限公司西寧務(wù)段樂(lè)都橋隧車檢查工區(qū)工長(zhǎng)于洋介紹。橋墩外的吊圍欄上，頂高空和寒冷的雙考驗(yàn)，牟文濤等4名經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的橋工在狹小空間內(nèi)展騰挪，手中的查錘運(yùn)用自如，哪兒敲哪兒，清的敲擊聲此起彼，眾人仔細(xì)聆聽(tīng)聲，“叩問(wèn)”支各部件的技術(shù)狀。橋墩內(nèi)部，于洋和搭檔張魁騰方位測(cè)量記錄支的各項(xiàng)幾何尺寸利用扭矩扳手查支座上每顆螺栓扭力，并與上次檢查數(shù)據(jù)做細(xì)致對(duì)?！皹蛄褐ё?固定支座和活動(dòng)座兩種，我們既保證固定支座穩(wěn)牢靠，又要確保動(dòng)支座有一定的動(dòng)位移量且不超偏載，這是橋梁對(duì)季節(jié)和氣溫變的‘秘訣’?！?海洋一邊記錄一說(shuō)。正說(shuō)著，一無(wú)人機(jī)從他們頭飛過(guò)，原來(lái)是青職工秦博在操縱人機(jī)觀測(cè)橋梁周的安全環(huán)境和水情況，他身旁的友許琰，正拿著遠(yuǎn)鏡進(jìn)行輔助觀。如今，無(wú)人機(jī)3D建模、視頻回放等科技檢查手，有效提升了檢作業(yè)的智能化、準(zhǔn)化水平，為現(xiàn)維修人員“靶向整治“病害”提了重要依據(jù)。3個(gè)多小時(shí)的“天窗作業(yè)匆匆而過(guò)，4組支座“體檢”畢。稍做休整后于海洋又和工友戰(zhàn)至幾十公里外大峽隧道。這樣連續(xù)奔忙，對(duì)“經(jīng)百戰(zhàn)”的高原隧工來(lái)說(shuō)早已習(xí)為常。進(jìn)入幽深大峽隧道，于海將隊(duì)伍分為兩組一組步行檢查兩隧壁，另一組乘軌道車檢查高處砌。升降平臺(tái)上職工們?nèi)耘f以敲作為主要檢查手，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)是否現(xiàn)空洞、掉塊等況。不遠(yuǎn)處，于洋帶著幾名工友手電從上到下對(duì)壁做“全息掃描，走到一些紅色記位置，他們更拿出放大鏡和激尺，細(xì)致觀察測(cè)這些毫米級(jí)的裂有無(wú)變化，如果現(xiàn)新的裂紋，便刻做好標(biāo)記并拍記錄。隧道滲水積冰也是檢查的點(diǎn)。“及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)水點(diǎn)、除去積冰行車安全十分重?！闭f(shuō)話間，于洋看到前方的隧上有一處積冰，即組織人員檢查補(bǔ)滲水點(diǎn)，鏟除積冰隱患。軌道隆隆作響，轉(zhuǎn)眼是深夜，于海洋工友們還在隧道處忙碌著，他們厭其煩地重復(fù)著一道檢查工序，這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地段變放心地段，讓行安全通暢，讓旅平安踏上歸途。本報(bào)記者?王雯?萬(wàn)瑪加?本報(bào)訊員?周悅翔?敏嘉） 編輯：韓?
